Halliday House is one of the few Lakewood homes by Ju-Nel. Much of their design ethos was copied by other builders in East Dallas, and one of the very unique characteristics almost never copied was interior pavers in a straight pattern. At some point all of the original pavers were removed and the interior brick whitewashed. Still a gem, Halliday House does not retain its sought after pavers or unpainted interior brick.
