D Magazine article indicates architect is Jack Wood.


Wood was a well-known architect (d. 2014)  who worked with Howard Meyer (as did Rowley & Wilson).  It is possible that Wood worked with Ju-Nel on the plans.  If you have proof of Ju-Nel involvement, please let us know.

These homes have been previously identified in public lists.  I have provided a copy of a deed or building permit showing the audit trail.  One home found on a previous list is not a valid address:  10810 Meadowcliff.  One home listed in a D Magazine article (10909 Ferndale) is likely meant to be 10909 Fernald (known).
