Thomas House appears to be a collaborative effort between Ju-Nel and architect Louis Thomas.  Thomas is listed as the landowner when the home was built, with Ju-Nel listed as the contractor and the 'plans by' left blank.  A lien dated November 12, 1965 states the following:  "In accordance with plans and specifications previously furnished and providing substantially for the following:  Construct 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, brick-veneer residence with carport, containing approximately 1,550 sq. ft.".  This language seems to indicate the home was designed by Thomas and built by Ju-Nel.  Based on the fact that there are numerous Ju-Nel hallmarks incorporated into the house, I believe Ju-Nel collaborated with Thomas on the design.

The permit was pulled in November 1965, which makes the 1961 YOC listed in DCAD  and MLS comments inaccurate..

Modifications between 2012 - 2014 appear to have significantly altered the originality of both the interior layout and finishings.  While the fireplace remains, the brick pavers have been removed.
